Role Description

As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and professionals toward their educational and career aspirations. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized academic advice, career counseling, and supporting enrollment processes for industry-recognized programs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learning journey for students, address their concerns, and provide meaningful insights about educational and career pathways. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, where you will join a team dedicated to empowering learners through transformative education and guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide learners in achieving their academic and professional goals.
• Strong Communication and Career Counseling skills to foster meaningful interactions and provide career growth strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in Education systems and programs to offer informed guidance.
• Passion for helping individuals grow and succeed by understanding their needs and aspirations.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment in Bengaluru South.
• Familiarity with industry-aligned skill development programs is an added advantage.
