🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Academic Counsellor – Kannur (EdTech)
📍 Location: Kannur

🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Academic Counsellor with proven experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, driving enrollments, and achieving sales targets.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and leads
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets
Manage and mentor junior counsellors (if required)
Maintain consistent follow-ups and conversion tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech counselling/sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Proven track record in achieving targets
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners highly preferred
