Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students and parents to understand their educational goals and provide personalized guidance. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering career and academic advising, responding to inquiries, and aligning students with appropriate courses to meet their aspirations. The Academic Counsellor will play a key role in shaping students' learning journeys and ensuring an impactful experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education-related guidance
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Empathy, active listening, and a results-driven approach to student success
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in an educational or edtech setting is advantageous
