Role Description
The Senior Academic Coordinator will oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and student progress to ensure the highest standards of education are maintained. Responsibilities include designing and implementing course materials, supporting teachers, mentoring students with academic planning, and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Education and Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in Communication and Academic Advising
- Experience in conducting Research and implementing academic strategies
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or a related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience in a similar academic coordination or leadership role is an advantage
