Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Strong Business and Communication skills
- 1-2 Years of experience in Business Development profile
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the certification or training industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Conversion Ownership
Drive end-to-end admissions and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
Convert qualified leads into enrollments for programs such as PMP Certification and other professional courses
Maintain strong conversion ratios through consultative selling
2. Lead Management & Follow-Ups
Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently through CRM
Prioritize and nurture hot, warm, and cold leads
Ensure timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversions
3. Consultative Counseling
Understand learner needs, career goals, and experience levels
Provide tailored guidance on certification paths and training roadmaps
Build trust through value-based counseling rather than transactional selling
4. Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate tracking
Provide daily/weekly forecasts on expected closures and revenue
Ensure CRM hygiene with proper updates and lead status tracking
5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Deliver a seamless admission experience from first interaction to enrollment
Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
6. Performance Optimization
Analyze personal performance metrics (calls, conversions, revenue)
Continuously improve pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
Implement best practices to increase efficiency and outcomes
7. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Support and mentor junior admission advisors
Share insights, successful strategies, and feedback with the team
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
8. Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow organizational sales processes and ethical standards
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to admission guidelines
