Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Advisor located in Ernakulam. The Senior Academic Advisor will provide personalized guidance to students, assisting them with academic advising, career counseling, university and course selection, and admission processes. Responsibilities include overseeing student applications, providing visa assistance, conducting interviews, and maintaining clear, professional communication with students and stakeholders. The role also involves offering tailored support to students to help them define and achieve their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support student decision-making and planning
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to guide students effectively through academic programs
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and educational institutions
- Experience in managing academic applications and visa guidance is highly desirable
- Ability to stay updated with education trends and global opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience in overseas education consultancy or a similar role is an advantage
