Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Advisor located in Gurugram. The Senior Academic Advisor will be responsible for offering personalized guidance to students, assisting them with academic and career planning, and providing education and enrollment support. Key tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating admissions processes, and supporting students in achieving their educational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and guiding students on educational and career options
- Understanding of Education systems and admission processes
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in academic advising or career counseling is highly desirable
