Job Overview

We are hiring an Education Counsellor with over 4 years of experience to join our team at Global Quest . As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking overseas education opportunities. This is an onsite position based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• experience in admission counselling for USA/UK Universities
• In-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes
• In-depth knowledge of USA visa interview preparation
• Mentoring a team of resources.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their preferences and career goals
• Manage student inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, online chat)
• Conduct presentations and seminars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system
• Assist with visa documentation and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
• Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities
• Stay informed about changes in education systems, visa policies, and career trends in different countries
• Provide ongoing support to students throughout the entire admission and pre-departure process
• Meet individual and team targets for student recruitment and conversion

Salary

• Compensation will be on par with market standards
