As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Senior 3D Designer who can transform ideas into impactful event environments and deliver world-class visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative exhibition stalls, event environments, stage setups, experiential activations and brand experiences.
- Develop creative 3D concepts, layouts and photorealistic renders for client presentations.
- Create production-ready elevations, technical drawings and detailed design documentation for fabrication.
- Translate creative concepts into practical, buildable designs while considering materials, structural feasibility and venue requirements.
- Prepare designs for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, sports events and experiential marketing projects.
- Collaborate closely with client servicing, creative, production and fabrication teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site.
- Revise concepts based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and meeting project timelines.
- Maintain organised project files, rendering assets and print-ready artwork.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, fabrication techniques and visualisation technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in event, exhibition or experiential design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, exhibition stalls, stage designs and experiential environments.
- Excellent understanding of event production, fabrication methods and material specifications.
- Strong visualisation, space planning and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
