We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist who will create high-quality 3D assets for XR, real-time, and interactive learning experiences, including environments, props, and characters aligned with project requirements.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality, optimized 3D assets for real-time applications.
- Develop detailed hard-surface models from CAD, engineering references, and technical drawings.
- Perform retopology, UV mapping, texturing, baking, and PBR material creation.
- Optimize assets for Unity, WebGL, VR, AR, and mobile platforms while maintaining visual quality.
- Create LODs and ensure efficient mesh, texture, and material optimization.
- Prepare and export production-ready GLB/FBX assets following project standards.
- Review and improve the quality of existing 3D assets and establish best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in 3D art for games, XR, simulation, or interactive applications.
- Strong expertise in Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
- Excellent hard-surface modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of PBR workflows and texture creation.
- Strong expertise in Substance Painter.
- Experience with UV mapping, baking, light optimization, and material creation.
- Good understanding of GLTF/GLB and FBX export workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD references, or technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unity and other real time.
- Knowledge of Substance Painter.
- Understanding of WebGL, Three.js, or XR workflows.
- Experience creating animations for industrial or engineering visualizations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Blender scripting) is a plus.
