Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and technically sound 3D Artist who can bring ideas to life across multiple brands and formats. This role demands strong visual storytelling, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
Must-Have Requirement
- sMulti-Software Proficiency - Strong working knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar. Ability to switch between tools based on project needs
- .High Creative Intelligence - Strong sense of design, lighting, composition, materials, and storytelling. Ability to translate briefs into visually compelling outputs—not just execute
- .Fast Turnaround Capability - Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver without compromising on quality. Speed + consistency is critical
- .Multi-Brand Management - Ability to handle multiple projects/brands simultaneously, each with distinct visual languages and requirements
- .End-to-End 3D Workflow Knowledge - Modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and basic animation
- .Strong Communication & Ownership - Ability to understand briefs quickly, ask the right questions, and take ownership of deliverables

- t.Rendering & Real-Time Engines - Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Unity, or advanced rendering pipeline

- s.Product Visualization / Ad Film Experience - Prior experience working on branded content, especially for marketing campaign
- s.Basic Understanding of Branding - Ability to align visuals with brand tonality and communication styl
