ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior 2D Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual identities for events, including Key Visuals (KV), branding elements, stage graphics, digital creatives and presentation assets. The role requires strong conceptual design ability to translate event themes into visually compelling creative outputs across multiple event touchpoints.
The candidate will work closely with the Concept & Content team and guide junior designers to ensure creative consistency across event branding and design deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Visual Development
• Conceptualize and design Key Visuals (KV) for events based on the approved theme and concept.
• Define visual identity including color palettes, typography, and design language.
Event Branding Design
Create and develop design assets including:
• Stage backdrop graphics
• Event signage and wayfinding systems
• Registration counters and branding panels
• Standee and print collaterals
• LED screen creatives and digital content
Presentation Design
• Design visually strong PowerPoint templates and pitch decks for client presentations.
• Ensure presentation designs align with the event’s creative theme.
Print Production & Artwork
• Prepare print-ready artwork files ensuring correct dimensions and production specifications.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are execution-friendly.
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the Concept & Content team to translate ideas into visual formats.
• Coordinate with 3D designers to ensure branding integrates seamlessly with stage and spatial design.
Design Quality Control
• Review and refine design outputs to maintain high creative standards.
• Guide junior designers and help improve design quality within the team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 4–7 years' experience in event agencies, experiential marketing firms, or design studios
• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding and KV creation
SOFTWARE SKILLS
