About the role

We are seeking a **QA Engineer** who is passionate about building reliable software and ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to test new features, identify bugs, and maintain the highest product standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute **manual and automated test plans** for web applications, CRM integrations, and API endpoints. * Validate new features, improvements, and bug fixes across Sendblue's platform. * Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like **Linear**, or similar. * Collaborate with engineers during the sprint cycle to ensure quality is built into every stage of development. * Help improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as Sendblue scales. * Simulate real-world usage of Sendblue integrations with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel. * Perform **regression testing** before major releases. * Advocate for the end user by raising usability concerns and suggesting improvements. ### **Competencies** * 3+ years of QA engineering experience (startup/SaaS experience preferred). * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug reporting. * Experience with **manual testing** across web and mobile environments. * Familiarity with **automation frameworks** is a big plus. * Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Highly detail-oriented with a bias toward action and helping the team ship FAST. * Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
