About the role
Primary Purpose
Executes routine scheduling activities across multiple systems to maintain contractual obligations and optimize daily operations. Ensures data accuracy and collaborates with internal teams to resolve basic scheduling discrepancies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares and submits nominations across multiple pipelines using Electronic Bulletin Boards (EBBs) and scheduling platforms.
- Reconciles scheduled volumes against contractual entitlements and trader instructions.
- Coordinates with counterparties to resolve routine scheduling conflicts and imbalances.
- Monitors pipeline capacity postings and adjusts schedules to optimize flow.
- Maintains data integrity in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems or proprietary trading platforms.
- Communicates scheduling changes promptly to traders and risk teams.
- Assists in developing standard operating procedures for recurring scheduling tasks.
- Provides input for daily imbalance management strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
