Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineers with strong exposure to semiconductor tools, cleanroom operations, tool recipes, and wafer fabrication processes. The role involves supporting semiconductor manufacturing programs focusing on process optimisation, yield improvement, and equipment integration.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in semiconductor fabs or semiconductor equipment companies and have hands-on experience with tool recipe development, process monitoring, and manufacturing analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Work in semiconductor cleanroom environments supporting wafer fabrication and manufacturing operations
- Develop, optimise, and troubleshoot tool recipes for semiconductor process equipment
- Perform process monitoring, yield analysis, and defect investigation
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and tool performance issues
- Work with SPC, DOE, and statistical analysis tools for process optimisation
- Support tool qualification, process characterisation, and manufacturing ramp-up
- Collaborate with equipment, process, and manufacturing teams for process stability and yield improvement
- Analyse wafer-level data, defect maps, and process trends to identify process improvements
Required Skills & Experience- 7–12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication
- Hands-on experience working in cleanroom environments
- Experience in tool recipe development, modification, and troubleshooting
- Experience with semiconductor process tools, such as:
- CVD / PVD
- ALD
- CMP
- Lithography
- Etch
- Deposition systems
- Strong knowledge of FEOL / BEOL semiconductor processes
- Experience in yield engineering, SPC, DOE, and defect analysis
- Familiarity with process monitoring systems and manufacturing KPIs
EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Semiconductor Engineering
- Materials Science
- Mechanical Engineering
