Role Description
We are looking for experienced Semiconductor Equipment and Process Engineers to support operations in advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities. The role involves working with leading OEM tools, ensuring high equipment uptime, optimizing processes, and supporting manufacturing operations.
Key Areas of Expertise:
• Dry Etch
• Wet Etch
• Thin Film (CVD / PVD)
• Metrology
• Diffusion
• CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization)
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Fab Automation
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
• Support process optimization and yield improvement activities.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and adherence to fab operational standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including process, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Analyze equipment and process performance to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fab environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in 200mm / 300mm semiconductor fabs.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment or process modules in the listed areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
