Role Description

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant for an on-site, full-time role located in Connaught Place. The role involves preparing and filing tax returns, handling GST, TDS, and ROC compliance, assisting in statutory audits, managing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and providing advisory services. The candidate will also assist with company and LLP incorporations, accounting operations, and compliance work, while working closely with the senior team to ensure timely and efficient client services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GST, Income Tax filings, and TDS compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations
• Experience in audits, certifications, and ROC compliance
• Familiarity with company and LLP incorporation, as well as strike-off procedures
• Proficiency in tools and software related to accounting and compliance tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with a team and liaise with clients
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
