Role Overview
We are looking for a semi-qualified CA who can take ownership of our accounts, compliance, and financial operations, while also supporting investor diligence and business modelling.
This is a high-responsibility, high-learning role, ideal for someone who wants exposure to both finance operations and startup decision-making.
Requirements
- Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter / equivalent), CA Finalist — CA Inter cleared, articleship completed.
- Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and taxation
- Experience or familiarity with Zoho Books
- Good with Excel / financial data handling
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
What You Will Own
Accounting & Finance Operations
- Manage Zoho Books (entries, reconciliations, reporting)
- Create and manage invoices for hospital partners
- Track receivables and follow up with hospitals for payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Compliance & Filings
- Handle monthly GST filings
- Manage income tax filings and quarterly compliance
- Ensure all statutory and financial compliance requirements are met
Investor & Business Support
- Assist in investor due diligence (data, documentation, financials)
- Support financial modelling and business planning
- Prepare reports, summaries, and financial insights for leadership
Data & Documentation
- Collect and maintain patient billing data and treatment records
- Organize financial and operational documents for audits and review
- Ensure structured data management across systems
Compensation
💰 ₹20,000 per month (initial)
