Your position As our new Low Voltage Site Engineer in the Renewables Division, you will be a crucial part of our Site Operations Team, comprised of highly skilled and experienced power engineers. With one of the largest project portfolios in offshore substations worldwide, we are proud to be market leaders in our industry. At Semco Maritime safety is a core value, and in this role, you will contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while delivering innovative solutions. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector. The position is full-time, with your main base in Aalborg during the first months. From end of 2025 and onwards, your base will be in Vietnam on rotation. You can expect a 5-day work week on-site and will be compensated with a fixed supplement for expected overtime. Moreover, this position involves significant travel to various construction sites, with approximately 150-250 travel days per year. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work with large-scale, specialized engineered platforms, and our focus on quality and safety is unmatched" Peter Carlsen, Director, Site Operations Your tasks & responsibilities You will be responsible for leading the low voltage scope of the project, overseeing time and budget management, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure the project's successful completion. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Working on onshore sites and carrying out LV installation and test schemes Supervise installation teams Interacting with the engineering department in providing support, troubleshooting and solving technical issues onsite Planning of day-to-day tasks Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicating with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders across the project organization Your profile & qualifications As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility and interacting with stakeholders, while your organized and proactive approach helps you manage multiple tasks at the same time efficiently. You lead by example and foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported to do their best work. Whether you come from a background as an electrician or engineer, what matters most is that you possess a safety-first mindset and share our passion for sustainable solutions. To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have: The ideal candidate has a technical educational background combined with + 5 years hands-on field experience as an electrician or similar Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Supervisor Experience with LV systems and installations Great Communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, verbal and written
