🚀 We're Hiring | Seller Success Manager | Marketplace Operations
📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced Seller Success Manager who will own the complete seller lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to operational support, performance management, and seller growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end seller onboarding, activation, and go-live.
- Support sellers with account setup, documentation, catalog creation, product listings, pricing, inventory management, and marketplace compliance.
- Resolve seller queries related to orders, fulfilment, logistics, returns, cancellations, payments, settlements, and seller portal operations.
- Monitor seller performance using KPIs such as cancellation rate, late shipment rate, return rate, customer complaints, and response time.
- Partner with Commercial, Category, Logistics, Finance, Technology, and Customer Support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Build scalable seller support processes, SOPs, training content, and knowledge documentation.
- Analyze seller trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive seller retention and marketplace growth.
Preferred Experience
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Seller Success, Marketplace Operations, Seller Support, E-commerce Operations, Vendor Management, Key Account Management, or Marketplace Account Management.
✔ Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, or similar platforms.
✔ Strong understanding of:
- Marketplace Operations
- Product Listings & Catalog Management
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Fulfilment & Logistics
- Returns & Refunds
- Payment Reconciliation & Settlements
- Seller Performance Management
- Marketplace Compliance
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Prior experience leading teams or building operational processes will be an added advantage.
