Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Seller Operations & Marketplace Growth Manager who can identify, onboard, activate, and manage sellers, brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and D2C businesses on the AdxReel ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace operations, seller onboarding, e-commerce ecosystems, merchant acquisition, and team management. This role requires ownership of the complete seller lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to campaign execution and seller relationship management.
The candidate should also be capable of building operational processes, coordinating with internal teams, and managing marketplace growth activities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and D2C brands
- Onboard sellers onto the AdxReel marketplace ecosystem
- Explain AdxReel’s creator-commerce ecosystem, interactive advertising model, and seller growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for seller verification, activation, catalog approvals, and campaign setup
- Assist sellers with product uploads, catalog creation, pricing, inventory setup, and campaign onboarding
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers and marketplace partners
- Ensure smooth seller activation and first campaign launch within defined timelines
- Monitor seller performance, campaign participation, and marketplace engagement
- Maintain onboarding records, CRM updates, operational reports, and pipeline tracking
- Conduct onboarding calls, follow-ups, and seller training sessions
- Handle issue resolution and seller support coordination
- Work closely with creators and campaign teams for brand collaborations and commerce campaigns
Leadership & Operations Responsibilities
- Build, train, and manage seller onboarding and marketplace operations teams
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment cycles, settlements, commissions, and seller-related processes
- Manage the complete seller lifecycle from onboarding to activation, retention, and performance tracking
- Support marketplace growth strategies and operational improvements
- Ensure smooth execution across seller support, catalog management, campaign operations, and marketplace workflows
- Help improve onboarding systems, internal SOPs, operational processes, and seller experience
- Track operational KPIs and ensure timely execution of seller-related activities
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in seller onboarding, marketplace operations, e-commerce, merchant acquisition, business development, or marketplace management
- Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, JioMart, Myntra, or similar ecosystems preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience handling seller onboarding, marketplace coordination, and operational execution
- Experience managing teams or operational workflows is preferred
- Understanding of D2C brands, Bharat commerce ecosystem, and creator-led commerce models
- Ability to work independently in a startup and high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Hindi and English communication preferred; regional language skills are an added advantage

- Experience working with marketplace sellers or merchant ecosystems
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, catalogs, pricing, and seller management
- Ability to handle multiple seller accounts and operational activities simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills

- Comfortable working in a rapidly scaling startup ecosystem
