Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Seller Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will onboard new sellers to the platform, develop relationships with brands and suppliers, and guide them through the onboarding process. You will analyze market trends to identify partnership opportunities, ensure compliance with company standards, and work cross-functionally to enhance sellers' experiences. Managing performance metrics and strategizing seller activation campaigns will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, account management, or seller acquisition, with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of e-commerce, marketplace dynamics, or retail business models
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with the beauty and fashion industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
