About the role

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who combines strong design craft with an AI-forward mindset. You'll own the end-to-end visual and interaction experience across Sell2Rent's digital presence, from the website and lead forms and conversion flows. You'll work at the intersection of design, data, and emerging technology, using tools like Claude, Webflow and Figma-integrated AI workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality.

This is not a 'design tickets and wait' role. You'll need to read shifting priorities, self-manage your queue, and make judgment calls on what matters most to the business right now.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Design & Revamp

  • Continuously optimize the website to deliver an exceptional user experience, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement design changes that enhance site functionality and performance.

  • Focus the design for GEO, AEO and SEO.

Lead Generation Forms

  • Design and refine lead generation forms to maximize conversions, user-friendly, visually aligned with brand identity, and rigorously tested. (Webflow)

  • Build and maintain HubSpot form connections, ensuring all lead data flows correctly into the CRM with proper field mapping and source tracking.

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to set up HubSpot lead tracking workflows triggered by form submissions.

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user interactions to continuously improve form design and functionality.

Blog & Content Layouts

  • Maintain and update blog layouts that are visually engaging and optimized for SEO and GEO.

  • Work closely with the Content Creator to ensure all published content is presented in an aesthetically coherent and scannable format.

User Experience Enhancement

  • Conduct user research including surveys and usability testing to gather behavioral insights.

  • Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that measurably improve the user experience.

Cross-Platform Design Consistency

  • Ensure a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints — mobile, desktop, and any future platforms.

  • Develop and maintain a living design system and guidelines that keep visual and interaction design cohesive as the product evolves.

AI-Powered Design Workflow

  • Integrate AI tools into your daily design process to accelerate output: draft UX copy for mockups, synthesize user research, generate design briefs, and automate documentation.

  • Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections to link Figma and other design tools with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and our CMS, enabling a connected, data-informed design workflow.

  • Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-powered automations to free up time for high-impact creative work.

  • Proactively evaluate emerging AI design tools and bring concrete recommendations to the team. If something makes us faster or better, you should know about it first.

  • Use AI-generated behavioral insights (from analytics and user testing tools) to inform design iterations and prioritization.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with the Content Creator, Marketing team, CRM Team, and Tech Team to ensure seamless design implementation.

  • Provide clear design specifications and actively support troubleshooting during development handoffs.

  • Own your project queue, communicate blockers early, re-prioritize when business needs shift, and keep stakeholders aligned without needing to be chased.

EXPECTED GOALS

  • Deliver intuitive and visually compelling designs that enhance the user experience across all digital platforms.

  • Increase lead generation and conversion rates through optimized forms, layouts, and website design.

  • Maintain full consistency between all user interfaces and Sell2Rent's brand identity, meeting high standards for usability and accessibility.

  • Build AI-augmented workflows that meaningfully reduce design cycle times without compromising quality.

  • Operate as a self-directed contributor who can adapt quickly and make confident prioritization decisions when workloads shift.



Requirements

Mandatory

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.

  • Strong command of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design decisions.

  • Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs independently.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to accelerate design workflows — not just awareness of them.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize independently, and re-route quickly when priorities change.

Preferred

  • Experience with lead generation-focused design, particularly in real estate or tech.

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration.

  • Working knowledge of form creation, lead tracking, and understanding how design decisions affect CRM data quality downstream.

  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or experience connecting design tools with external data systems.

  • Experience building or working within a design system or living style guide.

  • Exposure to prompt engineering or working with LLMs as part of a professional creative workflow.

  • Hubspot knowledge preferred. 

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to translate user research into clear design decisions.

  • Meticulous in ensuring design elements are consistent, on-brand, and error-free across every state and screen size.

  • Clear communicator who works well across functions and knows how to give and receive feedback constructively.

  • Able to independently assess urgency and impact across multiple projects and make confident decisions about what to work on next. 

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap can shift week to week. Adjusts without losing momentum or quality.

  • Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they can improve design work. Actively experiments, shares learnings with the team, and applies new capabilities rather than waiting to be trained.
