Job: PSO - Project Sales Officer

Location: Ahmedabad & Rajkot
Payroll: Lobo Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd
Salary: 3.6 Lac - 5.5 Lac (Other: Incentive & Allowance)
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Identify, track, and manage new and ongoing construction projects (residential, commercial, IT, hospitality) in the assigned territory.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers (ABCD), Interior Designers, and PMC (Project Management Consultants).
· Product Specification: Drive product specification and ensure approval during project design phases, often involving product demonstrations and technical presentations.
· Sales Execution: Prepare quotations, technical submittals, project proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet targets.
· Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, finance) for smooth order fulfillment and project execution.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports on activities, pipeline, and sales performance.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing within the project segment.
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building material industries.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in any domain (Preference: Sales, Marketing, or related fields)
· Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Technical Skills: Ability to understand project requirements, prepare BOQs, and deliver technical presentations.
Objective
· To achieve assigned sales and profitability targets by driving product specification and conversion in project-based sales for the building materials sector.
