SEI’s Community & Family Programs (CFP) advances SEI’s mission by strengthening the families and households that support underserved youth. Through direct services and strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public systems, CFP works to reduce barriers, increase safety and stability, and support households in achieving self defined goals that promote long term well being and economic mobility. The Family Stability Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role within SEI’s Family Stability Programs, supporting individuals and families while ensuring the effective coordination and administrative functioning of domestic violence and child welfare services. This position provides trauma informed, culturally responsive direct services grounded in survivor choice, strengths based practice, and cultural specificity, while also serving as a key administrative and coordination hub for the Family Stability team. The Family Stability Administrative Coordinator maintains a small direct service caseload, provides coverage for the domestic violence hotline, and delivers high level administrative support to the Family Stability Programs team. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to move fluidly between participant centered advocacy, crisis response, and complex administrative responsibilities.
