Role Description As a Self Employed partner at Delhivery, you will work full time on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India, supporting day-to-day logistics operations. Typical responsibilities include picking up and delivering parcels, ensuring timely and accurate order handling, and maintaining clear communication with the local Delhivery hub and customers. You will manage documentation for shipments, follow standard operating procedures for scanning and tracking, and handle packages with care to minimize damage and loss. The role may involve route planning within assigned areas, basic use of mobile applications for delivery updates, and adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. You will operate as an independent partner while aligning with Delhivery’s service standards and performance expectations.

- Candidates should possess strong time management and organization skills to handle multiple deliveries and routes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and Delhivery staff.
- Candidates should possess basic smartphone and app usage skills to manage digital tracking, navigation, and delivery updates.
- Candidates should possess reliability and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, parcel handling, and on-time delivery.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of local geography in Uttar Pradesh, a valid driving license and vehicle (if required for the engagement type), ability to lift and move packages safely, and prior experience in logistics, courier, or field operations.
