They will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in recruiting for various roles within a D2C environment. **Key Responsibilities**Talent Acquisition Strategy: * Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and source top talent for various roles within the organization. * Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and hiring priorities. **Candidate Sourcing And Screening** * Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. * Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. **Interviewing And Selection** * Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including behavioral interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks. * Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including offer negotiation and onboarding. **Employer Branding And Candidate Experience** * Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. **Data Analysis And Reporting** * Track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. * Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as a recruiter, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment. * Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
