**About The Role**
* The Finance Controller will oversee all accounting and finance functions within the company.
* Responsibilities include managing sales invoices, payment reconciliation, customer ledger maintenance, purchase invoices booking, GST reconciliation, taxation and GST filings, trial finalization, accruals and provisioning, daily cash and bank management, TDS compliance, inventory accounting, payroll finance, PF/ESI compliance, review of secretarial compliances, and MIS reporting as per management needs.
* The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a private company with a turnover of 100-500 crores, preferably with a CA qualification and experience in D2C companies.
* They should demonstrate ownership in completing tasks within deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee all accounting and finance activities.
* Manage sales invoices and payment reconciliation.
* Maintain customer ledger and handle purchase invoices bookings.
* Ensure compliance with taxation laws and GST filings.
* Finalize trial balances and manage monthly book closure.
* Handle accruals and provisioning.
* Maintain daily cash and bank transactions.
* Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and manage inventory accounting.
* Oversee payroll finance and ensure PF/ESI compliance.
* Review secretarial compliances.
* Generate MIS reports as required by management.
**Qualifications And Requirements**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a private company (turnover 100-500 crores).
* Preferably a CA qualification.
* Experience in D2C companies is preferred.
* Proficient in handling large datasets.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience in MIS automation.
* Experience in VBA coding/Python coding preferred
