Work Location

For team members in the Eugene/Springfield area, this position is eligible for a hybrid onsite and remote work arrangement. For team members outside of the Eugene/Springfield area, this position is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement. These arrangements may become available for those who meet the program requirements. 

Compensation

  • Base Salary
    • The full salary range for the Talent Development Procedure and Systems Administrator position is $33.55 to $51.70 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $36.55 to $42.60 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. 
    • Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

Position Overview

Support SELCO’s talent development efforts by configuring and maintaining knowledge resources and learning systems to enhance individual and group performance, develop a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, and support SELCO’s brand and culture to enable recruitment and retention.

SELCO Core Essential Functions

  2. Adhere to federal and state regulations, SELCO policies, confidentiality requirements, and other compliance obligations.

  4. Consistently achieve individual performance goals and contribute to department and organizational objectives. 
  5. Represent SELCO with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  6. Adapt to and support change to accomplish SELCO’s goals and objectives.
  7. Actively participate in and/or lead required meetings and trainings.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned. 

Position-specific Essential Functions

  1. Configure and maintain SELCO’s Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  2. Supervise authoring, editing, and publishing workflows in the KMS.
  3. Oversee quality control of organizational procedures and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  4. Work with document owners to maintain regular document audit and review.
  5. Use system analytics to identify knowledge gaps and make recommendations for new or modified procedures.
  6. Ensure the effectiveness of the KMS search functions and troubleshoot search query issues.
  7. Effectively partner with Talent Development systems vendors to optimize platforms.
  8. Help optimize and maintain SELCO’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; and
  2. At least two (2) years of writing or editing experience; and
  3. At least one (1) year of financial institution or similar industry experience; and
  4. Must be bondable.

Physical Demands 

While performing the job duties, approximately 90% of the time is spent stationary, with the remaining time spent moving around work areas. Frequent communication occurs in person, over the phone, and in writing. This position requires the ability to view a computer screen and interpret printed materials and other documents. This position requires the ability to lift and transport up to 5 pounds, and there is an occasional need to stoop, kneel, or reach to access documents, equipment, and supplies.

Interaction and Work Environment

Reports to: Talent Development Leadership
Work areas are inside a climate-controlled environment with background noise.
