About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of USD Investor Relations to join our team in Shanghai. Thisposition will play a critical role in fundriasing and overseeing the macroeconomic trends that impact our investment strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in growth investment and will be instrumental in the launch and management of the upcoming Fund IV. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential USD investors. Provide strategic insights and updates to investors regarding fund performance, market trends, and investment opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Partner of USD Investor Relations to align investor relations strategies with overall business objectives. Oversee the preparation and presentation of investor communications, including quarterly reports, annual meetings, and ad-hoc updates. Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends to inform investment strategies and decisions. Lead fundraising efforts for Fund IV, including the development of marketing materials and investor presentations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in investor relations. Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other relevant events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on growth investment. Proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and fundraising efforts. Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on investment strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to a diverse audience. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
