Role Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage HR operations, employee records, and documentation
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning
- Maintain HRMS and generate HR reports
- Support performance management system (PMS) activities
- Manage training and development initiatives for employees
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
