We’re building an AI copilot for games and apps to enhance Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and we’re on the lookout for talented Software Developers specializing in Backend + Data Engineering to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building our data-driven product, with a focus on backend development and data pipeline management. We need someone who is comfortable being a backend generalist and has a strong foundation in data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python. Experience with GoLang is a plus.
2. Data Engineering: Build and optimize robust data pipelines and manage data warehousing solutions to support our analytics-driven product.
3. API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the data science and frontend teams to deliver seamless, data-rich user experiences.
5. Scalability & Performance: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the backend infrastructure and data processing systems.

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in Python and experience in backend development.
2. Familiarity with GoLang is a plus.
3. Solid understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics workflows.
4. Experience with cloud services like AWS or GCP for building scalable infrastructure.
5. Good understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
