Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a ML Engineer who’s passionate about building cutting-edge AI-powered productivity tools that shape the future of work and communication. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, building new features, and delivering seamless user experiences that empower teams to collaborate smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for transcription, meeting, and collaboration features used by millions.
• Define product requirements based on user research, data, and market trends.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to build and launch innovative features.
• Prioritize product roadmap and manage trade-offs between scope, time, and impact.
• Measure product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Experience Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML-powered products or real-time communication tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
