About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to assist our customers with technical issues, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time (24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Tech Support or Customer Support role Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat during assigned shifts. Conduct remote troubleshooting of products and resolve customer issues efficiently. Approve and execute warranty claims as per company policies. Offer pre-sales product information and assist in new site activations. Log all activities in the CRM/Help Desk system for proper tracking. Work closely with Engineering teams to track field issues and log product bugs. Stay updated on industry standards and product advancements. Follow company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (mandatory). At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Support or Customer Support role (Freshers will not be considered). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers, peers, and managers. Computer literacy (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable). Basic understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications B.E. in Electrical Engineering. Exposure to solar/PV-related technologies.
