Role Overview

As the Senior Manager - Content Moderation & Trust, you will be responsible for:

• Building and leading the content moderation team
• Designing robust pre-publish & post-publish moderation processes
• Ensuring fact-checking, process adherence, and content quality compliance
• Your role will focus on setting up efficient workflows, establishing guidelines, and ensuring Seekho’s content remains trustworthy and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Moderation & Quality Assurance

• Develop a scalable moderation framework for both pre-publish and post-publish reviews.
• Implement fact-checking mechanisms to ensure accuracy, credibility, and compliance.
• Establish content guidelines & quality benchmarks aligned with Seekho’s learning objectives.
• Conduct periodic content audits to maintain consistency and quality.

2. Team Building & Leadership

• Hire, train, and manage a team of content moderators & quality analysts.
• Set up moderation KPIs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide continuous training & best practices for content review and quality checks.

3. Process & Compliance Management

• Define risk assessment protocols to flag misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant content.
• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and platform-specific content standards.
• Continuously update moderation policies based on user feedback & industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in content moderation, quality control, or editorial leadership.
• Strong understanding of content review frameworks, misinformation detection, and process optimization.
• Experience in team management & workflow automation for moderation processes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with expertise in fact-checking and compliance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with content, tech, and compliance teams.
