About the role

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SEEK COMMERCE Seek is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial team. This is a 3-month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week. As the Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Commercial team. Your key duties will include: - Diary management and scheduling of meetings - Preparing and formatting documents and presentations - Providing general administrative support as required - Maintaining the team's filing system and documents - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assisting with special projects as required To be successful in this role, you will have: - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - A positive, proactive and flexible approach If you are looking for a temporary opportunity to utilise your administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
