Role Description The Seed Investor Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida, focused on supporting early-stage education initiatives and ventures within the foundation’s ecosystem. This role involves evaluating seed-stage opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to align investments with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. The Seed Investor Partner will engage with founders and project leaders, review proposals, participate in due diligence, and help structure investment terms that enable sustainable growth. Daily responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, preparing investment reports, contributing to strategic planning, and representing the foundation in meetings with external partners and stakeholders. The role also requires close coordination with education, technology, and operations teams to ensure that investments translate into measurable impact in global education.
Qualifications
- Investment and financial skills, including experience with seed-stage investing, financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio tracking.
- Analytical and research skills to assess market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and the viability of education-focused ventures.
- Stakeholder engagement skills, such as relationship-building with founders, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders, and effective negotiation abilities.
- Strategic and project management skills to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple initiatives, and align investments with organizational goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and partners.
- Understanding of global and Indian education sectors, including trends in edtech, skilling, and upskilling, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in venture capital, private equity, impact investing, or early-stage startups is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida , operate with high ethical standards, and collaborate in a diverse, mission-driven environment.
This role is stand for equity based hence there will be no salary but the partner will get 50% of profit hence we're looking for 25L for 50% equity
