Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Seed Investor at StructAI. The Seed Investor will identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities related to StructAI’s ecosystem, conduct market and financial analysis, and help shape the company’s capital strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing founder pitches and data rooms, collaborating with the leadership team on investment theses, and monitoring portfolio performance. The person in this role will support fundraising activities, nurture relationships with co-investors and strategic partners, and provide constructive feedback to founders on product, go-to-market, and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage venture capital, angel investing, or seed-stage startup financing, with a strong understanding of pre-seed and seed deal structures.
- Strong analytical skills, including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on AI, SaaS, or technology businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and negotiate deals, and to build and maintain relationships with founders and co-investors.
- Knowledge of AI, product-led growth, and digital business models, with genuine interest in tools that help founders build and scale companies.
- Clear, concise communication skills, including the ability to present investment rationales and write structured memos and reports.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with proactive collaboration across product, growth, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or prior founder/operator experience is a plus.
