Contract Specialist III-PM
- The contractor will serve as a Program Manager to help the Acquisition Office operate effectively under a reduced workforce. Key responsibilities include implementing a new acquisition tracking portal at no additional cost to improve transparency and accountability, coordinating taskers, and ensuring alignment with administration priorities. The support will encompass acquisition planning, data analysis, and coordination of strategic initiatives to maintain continuity and foster growth of the acquisition function across IA. Offerors are advised that IA is not simply looking for a senior contract specialist-type position, but instead an individual who can provide high level program management across multiple mission sets within the OCFO which crosscut with Acquisitions strategy and processes, leveraging efficiencies in technology and process to achieve optimal outcomes
- Will serve under construction A&E team and may serve any school or office in the BIE. May also work goods and service.
- Provide at minimum 1 per week tracker updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience
3 years GS-13 OR RFO Part 36 actions
A&E
Bachelor's degree preferred
