Security Analyst

As a Security Analyst at Securonix, you will be responsible for analyzing security data, identifying threats, and providing recommendations to improve the overall security posture of the organization. You will work closely with the Security Operations team to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation strategies. Responsibilities: - Analyze security data from various sources to detect and investigate security incidents - Triage and prioritize security alerts based on risk and impact - Perform in-depth analysis to understand the nature and scope of security threats - Develop and implement security monitoring and detection strategies - Collaborate with the Security Operations team to respond to security incidents - Provide recommendations for improving security controls and processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in security analysis or security operations - Strong understanding of security concepts, protocols, and technologies - Proficiency in analyzing security data, threat hunting, and incident response - Experience with security tools and platforms, such as SIEM, IPS/IDS, and firewalls - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills
