Speedways Rubber Company (Speedways Tyres), Jalandhar (Punjab) is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to manage daily security operations, supervise security guards, enforce security policies, and respond to incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of security guards.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel.
- Monitor visitor access and employee entry/exit procedures.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
- Enforce workplace safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Experience in security services, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
