Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Supervisor role based in Nathdwara. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, including managing security personnel, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adherence to security protocols across the facility. The role involves monitoring access control, conducting regular patrols and inspections, and responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with operations and facilities teams, prepare incident and activity reports, and support audits and compliance checks. The position also focuses on maintaining professional interactions with visitors, customers, and employees, and providing guidance and training to the security team to uphold safety and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in physical security practices, such as access control, patrolling, incident response, and CCTV monitoring.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in operations management, including reporting, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
- Prior experience in security or facilities management, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during incidents and emergencies.
- Working knowledge of basic safety, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Graduation required. Diploma in Security is preferred.
