Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Specialist position based in Gurgaon. The Security Specialist will be responsible for implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, managing surveillance systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves monitoring premises, developing emergency response plans, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored security solutions. Additionally, the specialist will oversee the performance of on-ground security teams to uphold professional standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Threat Analysis, and Vulnerability Management
- Experience with Surveillance Systems, Access Control Technologies, and Alarm Systems
- Knowledge of Safety Standards Compliance and Emergency Response Planning
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Physical fitness and ability to perform duties in a demanding environment
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory security requirements in India
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or armed forces (preferred)
