🚨 We’re Hiring: Security Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security Operations Manager to lead and manage our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring safety standards, and recruiting and managing security guards to maintain a reliable security workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day security operations across assigned locations
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard security guards
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staffing for all shifts
• Train and supervise security personnel on safety procedures and emergency response
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular security inspections
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and local regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in security operations or facility security management
• Experience in hiring and managing security guards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
