📌 Position: Associate Security Analyst – SOC
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🕐 Work Mode: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
📅 Walk-In Date: Tuesday, 13th October 2026 ⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⚡ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days only.
⚠️ Important Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet the required communication standards will not be considered for further rounds.
- Only immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days should attend.
- Candidates who have attended an SHI SOC interview within the last one month are requested not to apply or attend this walk-in drive.
🎓 Mandatory Certification
Candidates must hold at least one globally recognized cybersecurity certification, such as:
- CompTIA Security+
- EC-Council CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CompTIA CySA+
- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
- (ISC)² SSCP
🔐 Key Skills Required
✅ SOC Monitoring and Alert Triage ✅ SIEM and Security Log Analysis ✅ Incident Investigation and Response ✅ Phishing and Email Security Analysis ✅ Threat Investigation and Threat Hunting ✅ Windows and Linux Fundamentals ✅ Networking and Security Concepts ✅ IDS/IPS, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, and SOAR ✅ Incident Documentation and Reporting
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Hands-on exposure to Sumo Logic, Palo Alto XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, or Splunk
- SOAR and XDR platforms
- IAM and Cloud Security concepts
- Threat Intelligence
- Basic Python or PowerShell knowledge
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, firewall, cloud, identity, and email security platforms.
- Investigate phishing emails, suspicious URLs, malicious attachments, impersonation attempts, and Business Email Compromise (BEC) indicators.
- Perform initial incident analysis and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Assist in investigating malware, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
- Maintain incident tickets, investigation reports, and SOC documentation.
- Participate in threat hunting and security monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on incident response and vulnerability remediation.
