Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer located in Ludhiana. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company personnel, property, and assets. Key tasks include monitoring and patrolling premises, handling emergencies, enforcing security protocols, overseeing access control, and maintaining records of incidents or irregularities. The Security Officer will work closely with colleagues and management to implement security measures and continuously improve safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in surveillance, monitoring, and patrolling skills
• Knowledge of implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially during emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and external security personnel
• Physical fitness and the ability to remain attentive for extended periods of time
• Experience or certification in security management or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
