Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer, located in Baloda Bazar. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the plant, assets, employees, and visitors, as well as maintaining security policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring surveillance systems, managing on-site security personnel, conducting inspections, and coordinating emergency response plans. The role also involves compliance with safety regulations, managing access control systems, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in physical security management, surveillance monitoring, and access control systems
• Skill in evaluating and mitigating potential risks and implementing emergency response plans
• Experience in managing and training on-site security personnel
• Proficiency in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and work effectively under pressure
• Military, law enforcement, or previous security industry experience is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in security management or safety protocols are a plus
