Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer based in Hyderabad. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and property. Key duties include monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, enforcing security protocols, responding to incidents or emergencies, and maintaining detailed reports on security activity. The Security Officer will coordinate closely with team members to ensure a secure environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in security operations, surveillance, and monitoring procedures
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Experience with incident reporting and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert during long shifts
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications, such as a security license, are highly desirable
- Prior experience in a security role or related field is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow chain-of-command protocols
