Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer, based in Jalor. The Security Officer will oversee and implement hospital security policies, monitor surveillance systems, patrol hospital premises, and ensure safety protocols are consistently followed. The role also involves managing entry and exit points, ensuring a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors, and responding to emergencies. The Security Officer will collaborate with hospital personnel to maintain a safe and secure facility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response planning
- Proficiency in the use of surveillance systems and access control mechanisms
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in drafting security reports and maintaining detailed records
- Physical fitness and ability to perform routine patrolling activities
- Work experience in a healthcare setting or related security operations is an advantage
- Relevant security certifications or training are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in security-related fields preferred
