Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in Kendujhar. The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding company properties, monitoring and reporting on suspicious activities, coordinating with external security agencies, overseeing entry and exit points, conducting routine security checks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, the Security Officer will play a key role in incident reporting and maintaining a secure environment for all employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and risk management
- Experience in surveillance, monitoring, and access control management
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Ability to react quickly and appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining logs and records
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for long periods
- Proven experience in security or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance will be advantageous
